Terms & Conditions – cbaazi Platform Rules and Player Agreement

cbaazi is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, responsible gaming features, and customer support interactions. cbaazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes and continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside cbaazi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between You and cbaazi.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a cbaazi account and access any gambling or betting service on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cbaazi strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a cbaazi employee, contractor, director, or agent.
• You hold only one active account on cbaazi. If you already hold an account, you must not register a second account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any balance or bonus associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.

By completing the registration process and creating a cbaazi account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. cbaazi may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) before approving withdrawal requests or at any other stage at our discretion.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cbaazi username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cbaazi will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such loss results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cbaazi support immediately via the email address [email protected]. cbaazi reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

All transactions placed using your cbaazi login credentials — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility unless you have reported the suspected breach to us before those transactions were placed and we were able to take preventive action in time.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cbaazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods currently available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and cbaazi cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by default, though cbaazi reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cbaazi account balance instantly upon payment confirmation from the mobile money provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process.
• Withdrawal eligibility: To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with a government-issued photo ID. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Currency: All transactions on cbaazi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the platform.

cbaazi reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be fraudulent, associated with a disputed transaction, or connected to a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the cbaazi account holder.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cbaazi offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, seasonal promotions, and other incentive schemes from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window and used within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds and free spins winnings may not be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money balance by completing the applicable wagering requirement.

5 Game Rules, Betting Rules, and Sports Wagering

cbaazi offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, online slots, crash games, and a cricket and sports sportsbook. The following rules apply across all game types:

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cbaazi and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or permanent account closure at cbaazi's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account on cbaazi, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or exploit any platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or coordinate betting strategies across accounts.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the cbaazi platform. cbaazi complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Placing bets with the primary purpose of qualifying for a promotional offer rather than for recreational gaming purposes ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").

cbaazi reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, cbaazi will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and may cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbaazi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your cbaazi account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbaazi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss. cbaazi does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. 11 Account Closure and Termination

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to the standard identity verification process.

cbaazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, underage gambling, or regulatory compliance requirements.
